So the BBC spent a fortune on lawyers to fight the Freedom of Information request concerning those present at the meeting of 'scientists' that led the BBC to decide against being impartial on the question of 'Climate Change'. Impartiality is part of the BBC Charter. A judge and the Information Commissioner upheld the BBC's right to refuse to say who was at the meeting. The list has been found, quite legally, by a journalist, and published, so the BBC spent the licence payers' money like it had gone out of fashion on something futile yet again. It is inconceivable that the BBC Trust was not aware of what was going on, so they too are implicated. 

The decent thing for the lot of them to do now, the Trust, those in the team that decided to flout the BBC Charter, the BBC team that fought the Freedom of Information request, the Judge, and the Information Commissioner, is to resign forthwith. Funny that the top BBC apparatchiks currently either sacked or 'stepping aside' were at the meeting. Read all about it here:
